Hello my little tumblr! I havent updated in a very long time. Sorry. I kinda just forgot about this site; lately its been all about twitter and the newly found [re]attraction to facebook. Does that even make sense? I really don’t care.
So on to Thanksgiving. It was a blasty-blast filled with great tasting food and a very awesome Cowboys win. It was just my close family [brothers, sister and their kids] and my cousins stopped by for a little while. Ah! I almost forgot. FTSK performed during the Lion’s game halftime show. It was AWESOME. To see it, you can look it up on youtube. On FTSK’s twitter they posted a link so you can find it there @OFFICIALFTSK. The only bad thing was that I was sick; my head hurt, my nose was stuffed, and my throat burned from my excessive coughing. So all in all it was a pretty good day.
Yesterday was an even better day by many many miles. [again, does that make sense?] The day started out a little crappy; I woke up feeling like shizz with all the same symptoms mentioned earlier but I didnt care. I was very excited for the show. Nancy and I had to wait until 2 to leave because it was Nancy’s mom’s birthday and her father didnt want her to leave too early. When we got there, our friend Dylan was there at the end of the line with only about 10 people in front of her. Soon, friends started popping out everywhere.
The Meridian is a retarted place. They are so unorganized. I dont even want to try to explain what they did. Urg. Anyways, after we got in, I ran the fastest I’ve probably ever ran in my whole 18 years on this earth. It paid off. Nancy and I [and our friend Dylan] got baracade. I was HAPPY. Throughout the whole show, we were in the front. The guy from The Rocket Summer took a picture of the whole crowd and posted it on his facebook. Go to this website and go to the Houston crowd picture and you will see us : www.facebook.com/therocketsummer
FTSK’s set was amazing! I jumped, danced, and sang my heart out. It was an incredible experience. By far the best concert I have been to, and I have been to many many concerts. It was pretty epic. =]
I might post some pictures later on, but right now I got to go. I’m going to Ikea. Bye my sweet Tumblr.
